This is a Japanese Iris. I took the photo in the early morning, shooting towards the sun in order to achieve the bokeh. The pattern behind the flower is caused by a chicken wire fence that surrounds my vegetable garden. The flower in the photo it is more blue than in real life, but is so pretty, I decided to let it be. I used Topaz Simplify to achieve the painterly look.
