Window 2

Posted by
Anita (West Nottingham, Pennsylvania, United States) on 12 December 2011 in Architecture.

Continuing with my departure. This is a church window in the small town of Oxford, Pennsylvania, USA.
Of course, I used textures! By Shadowhouse Creations.
I was inspired by Brenda Gottsabend of How to Feather an Empty Nest .

Fantastic details and colors. Now you have me wandering...is this church in the center of town?

12 Dec 2011 7:16pm

@RBL: Glad you like it. I added a texture for the window colors. This is a window of the Presbyterian Church in downtown Oxford, the one with the tall tower at the intersection where the light is. I took the photo from the parking lot that is across from the library.

Barbara Kile from Ft. Worth, United States

Very graphic, colorful and framed beautifully!

Wow, such strong lines! And this is indeed a departure from the lovely curves of the flowers that you are so good at showing us. I admire your bravery. I keep taking the same picture, year after year....
