Pink Cyclamen with Border

Posted by
Anita (West Nottingham, Pennsylvania, United States) on 27 February 2010 in Plant & Nature and Portfolio.

I'm trying something new--a border. I created it using the brush tool. The texture is by Helenina Stock.

It has a post card or poster look. The flower itself is very nice with beautuful shapes and colour tones. Composition also suits my taste.

What perfect delicacy this carries . . gentle pink at her best.

I like the one w/o texture best. The out of focus pink shadow is a bit distracting for me. Would be interesting to try it with a uniform texture of some kind?

A true Anita beauty! And certainly this with texture is far better than the one without.

I'm in agreement with several of the others in thinking this looks like a perfect choice for a greeting card.
