Stargazer Lily with TexturePosted by Anita (West Nottingham, United States) on 17 July 2009 in Plant & Nature and Portfolio. Stargezer Lily from my garden. Taken indoors with natural light from window. Overexposed on purpose. Texture Pink Floralby pareeerica added. I am finding Asiatic Lilies difficult to photograph! Does anyone have some tips? *****THANK YOU FOR VISITING ANITA'S PHOTOBLOG!***** I welcome your honest critique, especially if they will improve my photography. If I have made a mistake in a flower identification, please let me know! A few words about the EXIF data, beginning in April when I began using Nikon D300 and the Sigma 105mm macro: My new camera and macro lens record the relative or effective f stop, not the one seen on the lens. For an explanation of this, go to the next to the last question at this site.

Dulcie from Danville, United StatesI like this overexposed treatment. Guess we just keep experimenting. This has a very lovely painterly quality. I recently posted one that was almost underexposed..... 17 Jul 2009 6:10am Yvonne Simons from Tilburg, NetherlandsOh Anita, I am completely overwhelmed by this picture, so beautiful! 5 stars from me!! 17 Jul 2009 6:14am @Yvonne Simons: Thank you so much.
