*****THANK YOU FOR VISITING ANITA'S PHOTOBLOG!*****

I welcome your honest critique, especially if they will improve my photography.

If I have made a mistake in a flower identification, please let me know!

A few words about the EXIF data, beginning in April when I began using Nikon D300 and the Sigma 105mm macro: My new camera and macro lens record the relative or effective f stop, not the one seen on the lens. For an explanation of this, go to the next to the last question at this site.

I like the dreamy look to this. Like it is springing out of a surreal dream. Marvelous work, Anita.

Hi Anita. I really like the expose here. It creates a very nice (as others have said) dreamy feel to the image. I also like the marbled background. It works well with the leaves. I do wish (and it is a wish against nature) that the stem wasn't so long. It seems to push the flower so high in the frame and leaves so much space toward the bottom. But that's the nature of the beast! Nice job.

What an appealing, delicate image. The diffused glow which provides detail, but also a soft look makes this
shot exceptionally strong!
