Orange Lily Macro 2Posted by Anita (West Nottingham, United States) on 5 February 2009 in Plant & Nature. Another macro of the Lily in my last post. The lines on this lily were just lovely. *****THANK YOU FOR VISITING ANITA'S PHOTOBLOG!***** I welcome your honest critique, especially if they will improve my photography. If I have made a mistake in a flower identification, please let me know! A few words about the EXIF data, beginning in April when I began using Nikon D300 and the Sigma 105mm macro: My new camera and macro lens record the relative or effective f stop, not the one seen on the lens. For an explanation of this, go to the next to the last question at this site.

@Frida: Thank you so much, Frida! Sue from Paducah, United StatesI looked at this for quite a long period of time; soaking in and enjoying the beauty. I noticed, like is the case in many works of art, that when I leaned back in my computer desk chair and viewed it from a little more distance, the depth of the piece truly stood out and the piece absolutely came alive. I would love to view this large, framed and displayed. I would imagine it would really be a show stopper. 5 Feb 2009 1:15pm Mary from Exton, United StatesAnita, I love what you are doing lately with the abstracts..
