DillPosted by Anita (West Nottingham, United States) on 26 July 2008 in Plant & Nature. Taken outdoors. I shot through another Dill flower for the soft effect. I leave today for an 8 day car trip to Maine to visit family and close friends. Travelling with my husband, and taking our 10 year old Black Lab for the first time. Also for the first time, our son will stay home alone. He is 19, working full-time for the summer as a computer tech, so it should not be a problem. I have posted photos for each day that I will be gone. I will not have access to a computer, so, won't be able to respond nor visit your blogs until I get back home. *****THANK YOU FOR VISITING ANITA'S PHOTOBLOG!***** I welcome your honest critique, especially if they will improve my photography. If I have made a mistake in a flower identification, please let me know! A few words about the EXIF data, beginning in April when I began using Nikon D300 and the Sigma 105mm macro: My new camera and macro lens record the relative or effective f stop, not the one seen on the lens. For an explanation of this, go to the next to the last question at this site.

Very nice effect. Have a good trip. 26 Jul 2008 4:53pm akarui from Kagoshima, JapanAn other nice macro. I am not sure that negative space is necessary, may be a more or less square format? 27 Jul 2008 1:12am dj.tigersprout from San Bruno, United Statesso delicate! :) love the vivid greens! 28 Jul 2008 1:14am Paul Michko from Exton, PA, United StatesEnjoy your road trip, Anita.
