Lily Detail 2Posted by Anita (West Nottingham, United States) on 11 June 2008 in Plant & Nature. I am thankful for the positive comments to yesterday's photo, and to all those who visited. This is another view of the same lily. *****THANK YOU FOR VISITING ANITA'S PHOTOBLOG!***** I welcome your honest critique, especially if they will improve my photography. If I have made a mistake in a flower identification, please let me know! A few words about the EXIF data, beginning in April when I began using Nikon D300 and the Sigma 105mm macro: My new camera and macro lens record the relative or effective f stop, not the one seen on the lens. For an explanation of this, go to the next to the last question at this site.

António Pires from Lisbon, PortugalThis one could be an illustration in a book on the biology of the flower. 11 Jun 2008 10:04am Marcie from United StatesNice detail. I've been playing with lilies as well. 11 Jun 2008 4:56pm Chris from South Jersey, United StatesWonderful colors and textures - but on my monitor it looks a little fuzzy (and that is so odd for your pictures). I don't know if it is my computer or not..... 11 Jun 2008 6:40pm @Chris: Hmmm. It doesn't look fuzzy on my monitor. Others have mentioned problems with their photos being fuzzy. I'm glad you told me about this. I hope if others find theirs are fuzzy, they will let me know also. I think I will post a question on the forum to the am3 people. Thanks again. Koushiro~光子郎 from Singapore, SingaporeGreat details on the lily there! Although I think I gotta agree with Chris... It is a little fuzzy on my comp... 12 Jun 2008 4:11am |
