The rising sun shines on a Sycamore tree and barn as the moon sets over the Rohrer farm. This lovely Sycamore has been preserved in one of the farm fields

Laurie speaks my mind. This photo powerfully caused me to marvel how very differently ever object in it is reflecting back light from the same source -- the "rising" sun.

Great photo! I love how the moon is framed by the branches. It would be cool to see a cropped version of the photo with only the moon showing and the branches framing it around the edges of the photo.

This is also delightful and dramatic. You have seen a good picture -- the first step in photography! -- and then matched it with the technical skill to pull it off. Without the tree, the picture would be a cliche, but with it, it becomes something so much more interesting. Thanks for sharing.
